ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Swetha, D/o. J.Shankar, aged about 16 years before this Court and handover to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Thiruvallur on 02.11.2020. The Child Welfare Committee handed over the custody of the detenue to the parents on the same day.

4. In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
