This contempt petition has been filed challenging the order passed in O.A.No.1258 of 2017 in C.S.No.975 of 2017, dated 22.12.2017.

2. This Court by an order dated 22.12.2017 has directed the defendants to deposit a sum of Rs.1.25 lakhs, however, there is no specific order for each of the defendants to deposit the said amount. In such a view of the matter, I do not find any violation in the order. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed.
