ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 13.05.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for the survery of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.
Heard Mr.Suriyamuthu N, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for respondent. 3.
The petitioner has relied upon the gift deed dated 13.07.2021 registered as document No.9631 of 2021. The petitioner is also relying upon the Patta in Patta No.3015 which stands in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner made an on-line application after paying necessary charges for survey of the property. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner
on 13.05.2024 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title deed and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any rival claimants, survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
