By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to measure the land in Survey No.55/2K1B and to lay the corner stone and identify the boundaries of the petitioner's property situated at Jamanahalli Revenue Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, based on his representation dated 23.01.2023. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, adjoining to his land, there is a 'nilaviyal pathai' in Survey No.26/1 and hence he has given representation to the second respondent to measure the said land and lay the corner stone of his property in Survey No.55/2K1B and the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to 2/4

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2023, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
