ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader based on the written instructions from Tahsildar, Dhenkanikottai, Krishnagiri District would submit that two civil suits have been instituted in O.S.No.227 of 2021 and O.S.No.232 of 2022 between the parties. During the pendency of the suit the application submitted for survey of land was not considered by the Authorities. Therefore, the respondents have not committed any wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court.

2. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedy before the civil Court. 13-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order DSA
