Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of four weeks to execute the order dated 30.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.21011/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.SATHYAMURTHY, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. J.C.DURAIRAJ, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21011 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Public Prosecutor for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of one month time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21011 of 2021 dated 30.12.2020. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
