Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus against the respondents pertaining to the proposed land which has a proposal to acquire for Industrial Park Scheme, Nedumpuli Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District as per the G.O. issued for INDUSTRIES (SIPCOT - LA) DEPARTMENT as G.O. (Ms) No.210 dated 10.12.2013 and direct the respondents to consider the representation letter dated 05.01.2024 sent by the petitioner to the 1st to 3rd respondents and declare the land in Survey Nos.324/2 and 367/1 is not come under classification of DC land and settle the compensation amount for the said Survey No.324/2 and 367/1 within a stipulated time to the petitioner.
