..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue online patta in respect of the lands in Survey No.38/3 with an extent of 0.33.00 Hec., and Survey No.38/2B with an extent of 0.67.86 Hec., and Survey No.38/2A with an extent of 0.3.14 Hec. situated in Chikkarasampalayam Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue online patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he is having a manual patta standing in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, till date, online patta has not been issued in his name for the said property. The petitioner had given a representation on 05.03.2026 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026, seeking for grant of online patta in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
