ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking Anticipatory Bail in the event of arrest by the respondent Police in Crime No. not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received handloan of Rs.3,50,000/- out of which he repaid Rs.2 lakhs to the defacto complainant. However, the defacto complainant has given a false complaint as if the petitioner cheated him of money.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.252 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 and the same is closed.
