ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 1 / 4

05.12.2023, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been received by the 1st respondent and that the 1st respondent has already called for the report from the 2nd respondent. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that the report will be considered and orders will be passed by the 1st respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 05.12.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
