ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to grant Natham house site patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner, based on his representation, dated 04.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid representation was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.03.2026 seeking for grant of Natham house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, if any, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire.
