ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested on 29.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.283/2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is seen from the submissions that due to land dispute, the victims said to have been attacked on 22.04.2021 at about 1.30 p.m, which resulted in serious injuries to the victims.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he seeks bail to him.

4. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner is an encroacher and the victims were attacked so seriously by the petitioner and they are still taking treatment as inpatients in ICU at the hospital.

5. Taking note of the fact that the victims were seriously injured and taking treatment as inpatients in ICU at hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
