Securities Of V.Radhakrishnan v. Ms.R.Mythily

OP No.370 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This petition has been filed seeking issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by late V.Radhakrishnan, who died on 19.03.2016, leaving behind the petitioner and the respondents herein namely, the wife and children as his legal heirs.

2. The petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the Death Certificate of the deceased V.Radhakrishnan as Ex.P1 and the original Legal Heirship Certificate as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioner and the respondents 1 and 2 are the only legal heirs of the deceased V.Radhakrishnan. The respondents 1 and 2 have filed their consent affidavits expressing their no objection for grant of Succession Certificate in the name of the petitioner. They have been marked as Exs. P4 and P5. A publication has been effected and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the same, this original petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 28.02.2019
