The petitioner/wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Court, Namakkal, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2012 as sought for by the petitioner.
4. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2012 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Namakkal and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam, for disposal in accordance with law. The Presiding Officer, Sub-Court, Namakkal, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.138 of 2012 to the file of the Sub Court, Gopichettipalayam within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
