(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 22.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.43502 of 2025.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and the writ appeal, with liberty to file review petition before the learned Single Judge.
3. CMP No.10854 of 2026 and WA SR No.49883 of 2026 are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
