2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20829 of 2017 regularly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 20829 of 2017 dated 04.10.2017 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
