ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining the non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Noon Meal Organizer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents, placing on record the proceedings dated 19.6.2019 issued by the District Collector, Cuddalore, stated that nothing survives in the contempt petition, as the direction issued by this Court to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Noon Meal Organizer has been duly complied with. When the educational qualification prescribed for promotion to the post of Noon Meal Organizer warrants a candidate to have passed Tenth Standard and since the petitioner has not passed Tenth Standard, her request has been rejected.

3. This Court, placing on record the proceedings dated 19.6.2019, dismisses the contempt petition.
