ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 14.08.2024, passed by this Court in

W.P.No.23226 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders to disburse the balance amount for the service rendered by the petitioner for the period from October 2020 to December, 2020 & March 2021 to July, 2021 within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the Zonal Officer-V, Grater Chennai Corporation, has recommended the balance payment of Rs.5,16,360/- payable to the petitioner, by his communication dated 30.06.2025. He also produced a copy of the letter dated 30.06.2025, before this Court. 3.
