Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the situation of the petitioner, he could not comply with the conditional order, dated 28.03.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.3950 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.390 of 2022 within the time granted by this Court and seeks three more weeks time for the petitioner to comply with the order.

2. Accordingly, the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted. Three weeks time, from today, is granted for the petitioner to comply with the conditional order imposed by this Court.

3. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. However, on the expiry of the time extended by this Court, if the petitioner does not comply with the condition, the suspension of sentence order granted by this Court, shall stand automatically vacated.
