This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District (Special Judge, SC/ST Act Cases) to consider the petitioner's bail applications to be filed on the same day on their surrender in Cr.No.20 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court shall consider bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. 15.04.2024 Vv To
