This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram District (Special Judge, SC/ST Act Cases) to consider the petitioner's bail applications to be filed on the same day on their surrender in Cr.No.20 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent.
