This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.03.2015 and investigate the case according to law and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 28.03.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint along with doctor certificate to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
