ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order of interim injunction granted dated 11.05.2009 made in I.A.No.576 of 2009 in O.S.No.293 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Coimbatore and in extending the said interim order from time to time.

2. The petitioner is the first defendant, first respondent is the plaintiff and second respondent is the second defendant in O.S.No.293 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore. The first respondent filed the said suit for permanent injunction restraining the petitioner and second respondent from running the transport business in the name of "Royal India Logistics Xpress" till completion of the investigation of police case, lodged by the first respondent and removing the goods and for other reliefs. The first respondent also filed I.A.No.576 of 2009 for temporary injunction.

3. The learned Judge granted interim injunction and ordered notice to the petitioner and second respondent.

4. Against the said order dated 11.05.2009 made in I.A.No.576 of 2009, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

6. At the time of admission, this Court by order dated 03.06.2009 suspended the interim injunction granted in favour of the first respondent. The suit is of the year 2009, the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve the respondents till today.

7. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the District Munsif, Coimbatore to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 24.10.2017 Index : Yes/No dm
