ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 430 IPC in Crime No.328 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 12.04.2021 the petitioner was found illegally transporting 1⁄2 unit of river sand by using Tractor bearing Regn.No.TN 20 AV 3269 without any valid license. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the quantity of river sand involved is 1/2 unit. He further submitted that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner and the fact that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
