This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the present appeal against the impugned order dated 25.07.2022 passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Paramathi.

2.The respondents have been served with notice. Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the 2nd respondent. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 2nd respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 72 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the 2nd respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
