Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.7949 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 that the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood related surety, each for like sum of to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, Namakkal District.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition on sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7949 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021. 2.This Court while granting anticipatory bail, directed that the petitioners to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood related surety, each for like sum of to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam, Nammakkal District.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are not able to execute a bond of blood related surety and prays for execution of a normal surety. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, considering the request made by the petitioners, is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to produce the normal sureties within a period of two weeks from today.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
