(ii)relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner by the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders order of this Honble Court on 05.03.2021 in Crl.OP.Nos.2110/2021.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.ELIZABETH Advocate for the petitioners(IN ALL THE PETITIONS) and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side))IN ALL THE PETITIONS) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.2107, 2110 of 2021 and 20899 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 364(A) of IPC in Crime No.702 of 2020, while granting bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. These petitions are ordered.
