(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) This petition has been filed seeking to extend the leave already granted by this Court.

2. The reason for extension which the petitioner seeks that the detenu is a stageIV cancer patient has to be taken note of. The condition has worsened and further treatment is required.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to file a report on this aspect.

4.Post the matter on 11.11.2020. In the meanwhile, the leave granted earlier upto 31.10.2020 is extended on the same terms.
