The matter is taken up through web hearing.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, in response to the direction of this Court dated 19.08.2020, the Commissioner of Salem Corporation has appeared before this Court through Video Conference.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer as sought for in the writ petition has been granted and the benefits have been settled on 20.08.2020. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
