This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditional order that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e., on alternative Monday at 10.30 am until further orders which was passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3076 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2020 by an order dated 10.03.2020 For Petitioner : Ms.M.Kaveri Selvam For Respondent : Mr.K.Prabakar, Additional Public Prosecutor.
ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3076 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2020 on 10.03.2020 to report before the respondent Police once in 15 days i.e., on alternative Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court Crl.M.P.No.3076 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2020 on 10.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3076 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28065 of 2020 on 10.03.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to provide his mobile number to the respondent police and report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
