Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.Nos.799 to 803/2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to [i] suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner passed by the Hon'ble 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore dated 28.02.2020 in C.A.Nos.314, 311, 312/2019, 315/2019 by conforming the Judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.Nos.51/2017, 292/2016, 291/2016, 290/2016 for the offence u/s.411 of IPC sentencing to undergo 6 months R.I. and fine of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) i/d 1 month simple imprisonment by an order dated 06.09.2019, 29.08.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.Nos.799, 801, 802 & 803/2020. [IN CRL.MP.NOs.

6132, 6137, 6138 & 6139/2021] [ii] suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner passed by the Hon'ble 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore dated 28.02.2020 in C.A.No.290/2019 by conforming the Judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.289/2016, for the offence u/s.411 of IPC sentencing to undergo 1 year R.I. and fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) i/d 1 month simple imprisonment by an order dated 29.08.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.No.800/2020. [IN CRL.MP.NO.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.Nos.799 to 803/2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SURESH, Advocate for the Appellant [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] and of M/S. S.SUGENDRAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these criminal miscellaneous petitions seeking suspension of sentence.

2 Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
