ORDER

The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, by order dated 09.07.2015 in Crlo.M.P.No.2679 of 2015, while granting bail to the petitioner directing him to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, Salem, except Saturday and Sunday at 10.00 a.m., and sign for 30 days.

2. In this case, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate may be relaxed.

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, regularly.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the conditions promptly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2679 of 2015 dated 09.07.2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur on first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
