O R D E R

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions to report before the respondent police, the Inspector of Police, Chetpet Police Station, Tiruvannamalai, daily at 10.30 a.m. passed in Crl.O.P. No.7064 of 2021 order dated 15.04.2021. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7064 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of the summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
