2. Though notice was served on the respondents and their names are also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 65 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is also directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
