ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition seeking liberty to file a proper application and to that effect, has has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

2. Considering the fact that the learned Judge has instead of returning the memo for filing proper application, has failed to do so and passed an order on the memo, liberty as sought for is granted.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, granting such liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
