ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to offer police protection to the petitioner and his family for participate in Sri Dhrowpathiamman Dharmaraja Karagam Thiruvizha from 30.03.2025 and also to perform "gpwe;j tPL elj;Jgtu;" on 04.04.2025 based on the petition submitted by the petitioner on 12.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent referred the complaint before the Executive Magistrate to initiate proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C and it is pending.

4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that now the complaint is pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, Krishnagiri.

5. In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur, Krishnagiri is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 herein, complete the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
