This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of I.D.O.P.No.187 of 2013 from the file of the District Judge, Thiruvallur to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 11.10.2017 stating that despite sending registered post with acknowledgment due to the petitioner and having received the same, he has not responded the same and hence it is reported 'no instructions'. The respondent has also not been served yet. As the transfer is sought for with respect to I.D.O.P.No.187 of 2013 on the file of the District Court, Thiruvallur, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to say as to whether the O.P. is pending or not. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending. Hence, the transfer petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to restore the same in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the event of I.D.O.P is still pending. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
