Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.NO.6336/2021 dated 09.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SAMIVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

6336 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 362 and 306 of IPC, Section 3 r/w 4 of POCSO Act and Section 9 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, in Crime No.5 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 17.04.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing Covid-19 Pandemic situation, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
