ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal, dated 24.01.2025, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal, dated 24.01.2025 is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated Page No.2 of 4

24.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
