This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to call for the records in Crime No.172 of 2013, on the file of the Inspector of Police,Vallianur Police Station, Puducherry, for the offence under Section 147, 148 and 332 of IPC and 3 of PDPP Act r/w 149 of IPC and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.172 of 2013 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.107 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry, and it is pending for trial and hence, this Criminal Original Petition itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
