PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 1/5
provide immediate medical treatment to the petitioner's husband R.Gobi, S/o. Raju, aged 40 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023. For Petitioner : Mr.S.N.Arunkumar **********
ORDER
This petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide medical treatment to the petitioner's husband, who is now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore.
2.It is stated in the affidavit that the petitioner's husband is a chronic diabetic patient and has been undergoing medications for the past six years. It is further stated that his diabetic level is found to be way beyond the prescribed limit and because of poor blood circulation, he had suffered wounds in the legs.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submit that the petitioner's husband was treated yesterday at the Hospital and his Sugar levels were found to be normal. He has been advised to continue medications that has been taken so far.

4.In view of the same, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. However, if the petitioner's husband needs treatment in future, it is open to her to renew the prayer. 5.This Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observations. No costs.
