O R D E R

The petitioner/husband, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2014 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram or Family Court, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/husband. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent/wife submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2014 as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2014 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai, for disposal in accordance with law. The Presiding Officer, Sub-Court, Tuticorin, Tuticorin District, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.122 of 2014 to the file of the Family Court, Chennai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
