PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records with respect of impugned proceedings dated 17.06.2020 in Na.Ka.A3/2020/2018 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to select the beneficiaries of dug well activities strictly under the guidelines as prescribed in MGNREG (Mahathma Gandhi National Rural Employment Gurantee) Scheme vide G.O (MS). 97 Rural Development and Panchayet Raj (CGS.1) Department dated 29.08.2016 and pass orders.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 17.06.2020. It is brought to the notice of this Court that a Public Interest Litigation was filed with a similar grievance and it was informed before the Bench that the proceedings has been withdrawn and recording the same, W.P.No.10175 of 2020 was disposed of on 05.08.2020.

2.In view of the above development, since the proceedings of the second respondent has been withdrawn, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.
