ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fifth respondent is served.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that survey was conducted and encroachment was found on Odai land. Notice was also

issued to the encroachers. The steps would be taken for removal of encroachment in accordance with law, expeditiously.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
