ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant in S.T.C.No.90 of 2020.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and also the fact that this case is filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, the procedure contemplated is of summary in nature and because of the reason that bailable warrant is pending against the first respondent, further progress in this case cannot be made. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to execute a bailable warrant against the first respondent issued in S.T.C.No.90 of 2020, within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
