C.M.A.No.1146 of 2022 and C.M.P.No.8346 of 2022 P.T.ASHA.J As per the counter affidavit filed by the respondent/Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing-II, Coimbatore, dated 16.06.2022, it is seen that the total amount due towards 20 depositors is Rs.10,33,000/-. The second to fourth accused have, in all, paid a sum of Rs.10,33,000/-, leaving a sum of Rs.2,33,000/-, short of a sum of Rs.12,66,000/-.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to make this payment on or before 07.07.2022. He would also submit that this deposit is without prejudice to his contentions.

3. Post the matter on 08.07.2022.

4. Interim order already granted by this Court is extended till then.
