This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's online application in Min.E.No.20008332022346 dated 16.02.2023 within a reasonable time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made an online application to the respondents for electricity connection and the same was not considered so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for either side and perused the materials

available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to produce all the relevant materials and also a title to the respondent. After verifying the documents, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
