This Petition is filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2013 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil and transfer the same to any of the Courts of the District Munsif at Coimbatore or Mettupalayam or Udhagamandalam. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself has been decreed and nothing survives in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
