Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by order dated 15.12.2021 appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.24050 of 2021 by this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BASKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24050 of 2021 on 15.12.2021.
