The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 303(2) and 326(a) of BNS Act in Crime No.148 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in Crl.OP.No.6984 of 2026.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
