O R D E R

The petition is filed seeking the relief of not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by the respondent - Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the basis of the compliant given by this petitioner enquiry in C.S.No.219 of 2021 is to be conducted and on the basis of the complaint given by the opposite party enquiry in C.S.No.221 of 2021 is being conducted.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent-Police, on the completion of enquiry, is directed to either register the F.I.R, if the cognizable offence is made out or close the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of on the above terms.
